We price each site based on what it offers — waterfront views, pad size, hookup type, and access. Rates also vary by season, day of week, holidays, events, and demand. The ranges below reflect typical nightly rates throughout the year.

Your exact nightly rate is calculated at booking and will include taxes and booking fees. Accepted payment methods include Debit or Credit only. Extended stay reservations may be eligible for ACH payments.

Book 7 nights and save vs. the nightly rate. All site types available weekly. Rates vary by site type and season.
