Monthly Stay Questions

Can I stay month-to-month?
Yes — no long-term contracts required. Stay as long as your project or plans require, with proper notice before departure.
Are utilities included?
Water, and sewer are all included in your monthly rate. Wi-Fi is also included. Electricity is billed separately based on usage.
Do you have pull-through sites for big rigs?
Yes. Sites 9–11 and 20–30 are pull-through, accommodating rigs up to 50 ft. Large back-in sites up to 65×27 ft also available.
Can my employer book and pay?
Yes. We work with employers on group blocks and invoicing. Contact us to discuss crew availability and billing options.
Are waterfront sites available monthly?
Yes — sites 1–11 are waterfront. These are popular and fill quickly. Book early or call to check availability.
Are cabins available for monthly stays?
Yes. Eight cabins/rooms are available at $900/month with utilities included. No rig required. Pet friendly with fee and breed restrictions.
