We offer dedicated corporate rates for 3+ sites — one monthly invoice, no per-worker deposits, and a single point of contact. Ask about reserving a block for your project.
Monthly Stay Guidelines
- Call to reserve — we don't take monthly bookings online
- First month's payment due upon arrival
- $200 refundable site deposit
- Month-to-month — no long-term contracts
- Notice required before departure
- Electricity, water, sewer & trash included for full hookup sites
- Electricity and water included on water/electric sites
- Wi-Fi included park-wide
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout park
- Pets must be leashed at all times outside
- All guests must register with management
- RVs must be in good working condition
- No permanent structures or additions
- Sites must be kept clean and tidy
